Sugarcane is nature's sweetest drink, one of the world's oldest and most-loved refreshments. We press it fresh, to order, from farm-fresh Australian sugarcane, in every single cup.
OUR STORY
It all started in 2014, at a small stall at Bondi Markets. We're Olivia Ariestasari and Dony Andrian, a husband-and-wife team with a soft spot for fresh street drinks and a belief that one of the world's most-loved beverages deserved a proper home in Australia.
Olivia, our Founder and Creative Director, leads the way we look, feel, and welcome every guest. Dony, our Co-Founder and Operations Director, brings 15+ years of senior food and beverage experience across some of the world's leading hotel groups, including Accor, IHG, Shangri-La, and Etihad Airways, and runs the systems that make every cup consistent.
From Bondi, we moved on to Paddy's Market, festivals all across Sydney, and four wonderful years pouring at Ramadan Nights Lakemba. In 2024, we opened our first permanent retail kiosk at Westpoint Blacktown, and in early 2026 we opened our flagship kiosk at Westfield Chatswood. It's the same recipe we started with, just in a fresher format, built for the way Australia shops today.
Ten years on, we're Australia's first modern sugarcane juice brand, and we're still pouring, one cup at a time.
OUR JOURNEY
2014
Started at Bondi Weekend Markets and grew across Sydney as word spread.
2016
Became a permanent trader at Paddy's Market, one of Sydney's largest produce markets.
2017 - 2023
Grew into one of Sydney's best-known sugarcane brands, including four years at Ramadan Nights Lakemba.
2024
Opened our first permanent retail

What We Pour
A Menu Expansion: Tebu Corn
And when you're after something more, our Tebu Corn cups (Korean Cheesy, Spicy Sichuan Cumin, and Filipino Street Corn) are the kind of thing you grab on the walk back to your car and find yourself thinking about on the drive home.
Our Main Pour: Tebu Juice
Pure sugarcane juice, pressed to order right in front of you. We pour our Original, Pomegranate, Strawberry Mojito, Orange Yakult, Durian for the brave, a whole Matcha range, frappes, and a small line of mocktails. It's the drink the world drinks, finally pressed in Australian shopping centres.
