Kendo Warrior combines the elements of Eastern Thinking and the challenge of Japanese Sword Fencing into one powerful and exhilarating event. It teaches self trust, being intuitive, raising the bar, having confidence within and strength of mind and body to follow through.
The activity is totally hands on. The journey takes participants step by step through the skills of Japanese Fencing. Team members practice and apply these skills with each other. They even dress in the apparel of the Samurai warrior and experience the exhilaration of this sport.
Participants gain personal satisfaction, self-confidence and become energized. There are a number of variations on offer.
