Teams are allocated into many roles required to produce a hit movie.

Who will be the actors? Who will direct? Who will film?  And what about props and costumes, even a movie-house marketing group?  Clearly, serious teamwork will be essential for success in this anything-but-serious event.

It all comes to a delightful climax with a glitzy Oscars Show award ceremony, hosted by none other than Bill Colons, esteemed head of the “Hollywood  Academy Committee”. The excitement is contagious as each team screens its masterpiece to the rest of the group. It’s fun. It’s funny. Its team building at its best!
