So, here is your chance to be the next Spielberg!

In some ways, Hollywood Blockbuster is a lot like doing it in the real world -each team has an agenda, cameras and a deadline.  Each team creates their roles: a director, props co ordinator, film stars, extras and camera man. Each team will then be assigned a special movie genre e.g. pirates, mafia, sci fi and then it is up to their collective imagination to make their own take on the genre. We can also cleverly incorporate the conference or team event theme within a movie genre. 

Tebu supplies teams with a full range of costumes, make up, cameras and props that will expand their creativity and imagination. They even get help from our Tebu team as they write and direct, star and immortalise themselves on the big screen!

• Who's going to write the script?

They must work as a team to create:

• the most original story line that will have the audience riveted to their seats, the story needs to encapsulate the theme of your event.  In the movie they may need to also include aspects about your products

• the most innovative use of company tag lines and products
• use costumes and props that depicts their chosen movie genre  
• a motion picture success story that through teamwork and leadership will effectively result in a fun afternoon and a memorable experience of team building
• will have your entire group laughing in stitches as they celebrate and become the stars of the show

After a short briefing, everybody gets down to business.

Teams are allocated into many roles required to produce a hit movie.

It all comes to a delightful climax with a glitzy Oscars Show award ceremony, hosted by none other than Bill Colons, esteemed head of the “Hollywood  Academy Committee”. The excitement is contagious as each team screens its masterpiece to the rest of the group. It’s fun. It’s funny. Its team building at its best!
