• Experience first hand the frustration and common symptoms experienced in ineffective and poorly run meetings.
• Evaluate the efficacy of a recent meeting using a meeting evaluation methodology. When was the last time you evaluated a meeting and gave some useful feedback?
  
• Apply the PROPS methodology to prepare and conduct a meeting
• Understand the 3 critical List, Evaluation and or Decide model
• Learn how to transform discussions and input from all members involved.
•  Avoid common violators experienced in meetings and how to pro actively deal with them.
• Use a template to structure an agenda and to keep the meeting on time
• Understand the roles of a meetings and how each one plays a crucial part in the outcome
  
• Learn some invaluable tricks to participating in a meeting that will dramatically impact the efficacy of the session
