Team Bonding Games - Velodrome

A HILARIOUS TOBOGGAN race using giant skis.  Which team can co ordinate and get everyone working together?  Which team knows how to get everyone to move together?   A great communication exercise.

Team Bonding Games are suited for all ages and allows every one to partake in an exercise that facilitates social cohesion and having fun together.

Teams need to operate giant skis and must beat the other team around the circuit and at the same time contain their laughter.  It takes a fair bit of co ordination and a plan and to make sure that every knows what to do as they generate some speed because they are in a race to beat the other team.  This is also one of our funniest games to do as every one is working together in expectation that every one will move at the same time.  But will they?

Key Points
The team must travel through the obstacle course as one unit and all members of the group must remain off the ground at all times. The team will be confronted with many challenges during this exercise mainly from the dynamics of their team. However, we have included a few extra, including:

• Members of the team must travel on planks
• Must navigate quickest route
• Need to deploy the best resources
• Refine their strategy
