A real mental problem solving challenge that will have your team shaking their heads when they need to move the tyres in the least number of moves!

Team Building Problem Solving is such an important facet to creating high performing teams and this activity is one to test them.

Tyres need to be moved in the least number of moves to get them ordered from 1 - 5 but each time they are moved there is always one tyre that is the odd one out.  How can it be extracted without sacrificing too many moves and penalising the team effort?  This activity requires great problem solving skills, patience and preparedness to take some risks.

Key Points
The team will be confronted with many challenges during this exercise mainly from the dynamics of their team. However, we have included a few extra, including:

• Cannot not go backwards and redo moves
• Race against the clock
