Team Bonding Games - Roadblock

Watch your team collaborate as they will need each other to get themselves through the roadblock.

Team Bonding Games are a fun way to build camarederie and trust amongst members of team.

Key Points
The team must travel along the island pieces without stepping off but there it appears that there is only enough room for one to go through at a time - which is the roadblock.  With team members travelling in opposite directions they need to pass each other and work out a way to co operate along the narrow pathway as they get through each roadblock. What makes this game a classic is that they must physically hold each other and stabilise each other to get the balance needed in order to pass through each roadblock.as they loose allocated stepping stones they need to share what they have and this required even more co ordination.

The team will be confronted with many challenges during this exercise mainly from the dynamics of their team. However, we have included a few extra, including:

• Members of the team must travel via each island roadblock 
• Time may be against them
